Return & Refund Policy

At WicketProducts.in, we strive to deliver every product in perfect condition, with care and transparency. However, due to the nature of our products (hygiene and consumable goods), we maintain a strict return and cancellation policy to ensure fairness and safety for all customers.
Please read the following policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Cancellation Policy
a. Before Shipment
Order cancellation is only allowed before the order has been shipped. Once the order is marked as “Dispatched” or “Shipped,” we no longer have control over the logistics, and cancellation will not be possible.
To request a cancellation:
You must contact us within 24 hours of placing the order, and
Ensure that the order status is still in “Processing” or “Pending Shipment.”

b. After Shipment
If your order has already been shipped and you no longer wish to receive it:
You may refuse delivery at the time of arrival.
Once the package is returned to our warehouse, we will issue a refund after deducting applicable shipping and handling charges.
Please note: Refunds in such cases may take 7–10 business days after the returned package reaches us.
2. Return Policy
Due to the hygienic and consumable nature of our products — including but not limited to cleaning tablets, liquid detergents, panty wash, liquid soaps, and multipurpose cleaners — we do not accept returns under any circumstances once the package has been opened or accepted by the customer.
3. Refunds for Damaged Deliveries
We take utmost care in packaging your orders securely and ensuring safe delivery through reputed courier partners. However, in rare cases where your product is received in a damaged or unusable condition, we will review the case and issue a refund under the following strict conditions:
a. Mandatory Unboxing Video
You must provide a clear, continuous video recording of the package being opened (from sealed condition to full unpacking), showing the damage or issue clearly. This helps us verify courier-related damages and ensure a smooth resolution.
b. Non-Refundable Situations
Broken tablets or dented bottles are not eligible for refund unless the product is completely unusable.
Tablets may chip during transit, but they remain fully functional.
If the package is visibly damaged upon arrival, we strongly advise not to accept the delivery and to immediately contact our support team.
Claims made without an unboxing video will not be considered for refund.
c. Exchange or Return (If Approved)
In case any exchange is approved for damaged products, the product will be picked up and a new product will be delivered within 5–7 working days.
In case any return is approved, the product will be picked up within 5 working days.
The return request for damaged products must be raised within 24 hours of receiving the product.
4. Refund Process (If Approved)
Once your refund is approved, it will be credited via the original payment method or through bank transfer (for COD orders) within 7–10 business days.
Shipping charges will be deducted from the total refund unless the refund is issued due to our fault (e.g., wrong item shipped, product not delivered, etc.).
