1. Geographic Coverage: Shipping Within India Only
Wicket currently offers shipping services only within the territory of India. We do not accept or fulfill international orders at this time. Any orders placed from outside India will be automatically canceled, and the customer will be notified via email.
We are focused on expanding our domestic reach and ensuring that every product is delivered safely and on time to urban, semi-urban, and rural areas across the country.
2. Order Processing Time
All orders placed through WicketProducts.in undergo a standard processing time of 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays). During this time, we verify the order, confirm payment, pack the items with care, and generate shipping labels for dispatch.
Orders placed after 4:00 PM IST may be processed on the next business day. During peak seasons, festive sales, or limited-period offers, order processing times may be slightly extended due to increased volume.

To ensure dependable and wide-reaching delivery coverage, we work with reputable and trusted logistics providers across India, including:

India Post (Speed Post) — Used in serviceable areas where the above courier partners do not offer reliable delivery.
The courier partner for your order will be chosen based on PIN code availability, delivery speed, and reliability in your specific region. All shipments are registered and come with tracking options.
4. Estimated Delivery Timeframes
After your order is dispatched, typical delivery times are:
Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
Tier 2 and Tier 3 Cities: 5–7 business days
Remote and Rural Areas: Up to 7 business days (depending on courier access)
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. They may vary due to courier partner delays, regional lockdowns, natural calamities, weather conditions, or logistics restrictions. Wicket shall not be liable for delays once the shipment has been handed over to the courier service.
5. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at the checkout page before the order is finalized. In most cases:
Standard shipping is free for orders above a minimum cart value (as defined during promotional campaigns or banner offers).
For lower cart values or remote delivery zones, a nominal shipping fee may be applied to cover logistical costs.
Any changes in shipping fees due to location, weight, or volume will be shown transparently before payment.
6. Address Sharing & Customer Consent

8. Non-Delivery & Return to Origin (RTO)
A shipment may be returned to our warehouse under the following conditions:
Incorrect or incomplete delivery address
Recipient unavailable at delivery location
Repeated delivery attempts failed

If your order is returned to us due to any of the above reasons, we will attempt to contact you and arrange for reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply in such cases. If no response is received within 5 business days, your order may be cancelled without refund for shipping costs.
9. Refusal of Delivery
If you no longer wish to receive the product, you may refuse to accept the parcel at the time of delivery. In such cases, the product will be returned to our warehouse. Please note that once an order is accepted and opened, no returns or refunds will be processed, especially for hygiene-sensitive and consumable products.
